My name is Joan and I live in Northern California. I lived and worked as a freelance photographer in New York City shooting all types of projects from magazine spreads to fashion to fine art (my true love). After 10 years in NYC, I needed a change of pace and was happy to return to California.
Perhaps it was my daily meditation practice that helped me to leave New York. As much as I loved it there, I felt it was time to move towards a new life. Ideally, I would live by the beach outside of the US, but I'm not sure where! I could definitely use some help with clarity.
I've signed up for the Positive Principle Show because I hope to find guidance in sharing my artwork with more people, having more confidence, and making new friends. I believe that our dreams can come true, but it's up to us to find the right tools, and then have the courage to use them.
