I use prayer pretty regularly..usually aloud...Speaking out loud reminds me it's a conversation between the universe, God, greater Love and I..Formal prayer that I learned when younger, I repeat in my head for meditation purposes..although I remember when in Catholic school a priest told us, if someone ever asks why you're a Christian, repeat The Apostle's Creed...I never forgot that, although I never had to...:) Leave a Reply. |
